Close to everything you need, transport, shops etc. Compact and clean. Friendly staff.
Rooms were really tiny, a bit smaller than expected, upgrades to next room size up on the expensive side.
Our mother was admitted to the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital and this was very handy and not too far, the staff were very helpful. The room was small but had everything we required.
The bathroom and toilet area was really too small but lucky I shared the room with my sister.
Just 2 stops to thye Central Station which u can connect to Airport MRT. Rooms r so small oif u have 2 luggages have no chance to fit. No external phone in the room..
Good view to the city from the room. Located near the Times Square
Very small rooms for very big price
good small hotel with nice coffee shop and conveniencely situated for shopping and dining.
Room a bit small compare with similar grade hotel. Bathroom glass should use opaque glass instead of clear glass.
Good location near Times Sq and 5-10 mins walk from Wan Chai. Hotel was professional, clean and comfortable, if not enormous (but then it is HK). Relatively recently refurbished. No problem with bringing back an unexpected guest.
Room was slightly smaller than had hoped but perfectly adequate and on a high floor so the view was great.
The location is near to Times Square and is within walking distance to Causeway Bay MTR Station. Quite a convenient place.
The room size is ridiculously small! And the worst part is the glassed shower room. There is NO privacy at all when you are traveling with twos.
Rooms are too small for the rate they charge. We were fooled by booking with your site and I would never do it again. You offer one price on the website and we get charged double on certain days. It looks like you are running a scam and cheating people. We will be traveling to Hong Kong about 4 times a year and you lost our business.
its location - close to causeway bay MTR station and Times Square shopping center, SOGO and the World Trade Centre
The entrance was covered by scaffolding which made recognition of the place very difficult, especially when arriving at night.
great value for money, fabulous location and very clean
The rooms were a small but confartable!
The staff in casher counter was not skilful when we checked out. He took a time a lot to confirm a mini-bar in our rooms also his English is not clear for us.
As with many of these types of Hotels in the East, Hotel Bonaparte rooms are extremly small and in the twin rooms it is very hard to get around the beds. Whilst the hotel is very central I found the rooms very small and would not stay there again by choice.
not so bad location near wan chai
very noisy...they deduct payment from credit card wich do nbot allow u pay the way you want ...room are really very very small..you can not open a suitcase...
Cleaning staff very friendly and thoughtful. Price most comparable to other hotels considering location. Good location.
Room too small. Transparent glass in bathroom and shower not convenient. Ventilation and air flow not good.
Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful with directions etc. Assisting me to recharge my I/Phone was fantastic. Reception was open 24/7 and staff assisted me find cabs and made good recommendations about tours / restaurants / etc.
