The free use of the mobile phone for local calls was nice.
Size. Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. This place would make Japanese Business Hotels jealous of how small it is. I couldn't even turn around in the shower without touching the walls. Much better bargains elsewhere.
Not oo much
The rooms are ridiculously small for a single person let alone 2 people I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as it was totally unsatisfactory
Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms very cozy and well appointed.
Pillows were fluffy :d
I had to pay for wifi :( I thought that the internet wifi came free along with the booked room.
So small room. Absent of bathroom and wardrobe and cupboards and etc. I suppose that hotel class should be ** (not ***).
Very bad experience
I booked for 4 nights in this hotel, with a very bad experience on it, after 1st I left, even when they had already charged the fully amount for the stay. The room was tiny, cold, has no bathroom separetly, no space, the bed tiny and like a stone!...and toooooo much noise from the street at night, I could not sleep all night long (and I had travel before many times going to budget hostels, but this was the worst place I have ever stayed). The room has no services, internet cost 100 hk dolars per day (around us$15) the room had not even a telephone. Don´t go to this hotel, is a very bad relation between price and what you receive. I moved to the hotel next door (South Pacific Hotel) and that was a regular 4 star hotel, nice rooms, good beds, free internet in rooms, and almost similar price
I like the area which is busy with lots of small shops. I like the staff in the cafe who are friendly and helpful.
Good location, use of internet in cafe bar, fair price
Room was very small and when I arrived they did not have a double room even though I booked a double. They said they only had single or twin and the room size was too small for a twin. I was puzzled!
Very good location with everything handy inc MTR, Happy Valley, HK Football Club (7s), Wanchai.
Rooms very small, to be expected but very tight.
Proximity to public transport and Times Square
Room extremely small, even on Hong Kong standards. No tea/coffee or cups provided, only an electric jug, No telephone in room, only a mobile for local calls.
the hotel is the worst ever in noise proof. although i reserved and paid for 3 nights there, i only stayed for one night and left because i felt like sleeping in the street the whole night. it was really terrible.
some receptional clerk is not helpful and professional.
Provision of mobile phone for guests (free local calls). Although I am HK resident and have my own phone, think this is of real value for overseas guests.
In sufficient facilities in room - e.g. Kettle was provided but no cups/spoons/etc. Also, a number of small things in the room were broken - the type of things that could be easily fixed with sufficient check-out inspection - eg, handle on bathroom door essentially detached on one side, soap dispenser not working.
Good location. Small but trendy hotel. Room contains really the minimum of facilities, but good price/quality after all. Free mobile phone during stay. Friendly staff.
Noice insulation between rooms could be better. No wifi available (a bit surprising in a place as HK).
this is a good hotel if you stay alone in the room. it is central e close to subway.it is clean and that's very important.
the rooms are too small. breakfast is asways the same and the staff is not very nice. rooms have a very small deposit box, a lap top doesn's fit and if you go to the lobby to ask fot a bigger one they say it doesn't exist. It's also noisy, because it's next to the road
